Obtained US F1 Visa while waiting for Study permit

I have applied for a study permit for master in memorial university for fall intake.
My timeline is :
- Application submitted on : 01/06
- Biometrics Updated on file : 05/06 (since the. The background check is in progress)
- The review of eligibility has changed to we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements on 08/07

I have also been working on a plan B which is applying to usa incase my study permit was refused.

Now the issue is I just received my usa visa and I have to travel to usa on the 15th of August.

what I want to know is should I raise a webform with the usa visa ?
Will this help to expedite my study permit application or somehow have a negative impact ?

Having a US study visa has no bearing on the application process and you can’t expedite it.

NO.. how will your US Visa expedite Canada Study permit? Its like you are telling Visa Officer "hey hurry up, i have US F1, expecting for counter offer"
