Obtained CAIPS notes and no progress on BF'D from Nov 09!!

Quorax - can you help on this? Our Caips notes have had no progress made on them since Nov 09!!! We have not been requested for any documents at all. "FILE TO PPS" and "new white sheet sent 42 - 48 months". What does this mean? I can find nothing in the caips explanations regarding "white sheet"!!!
Despite sending a letter at least 2yrs ago recinding the services of our immigration agent no note is on the file. Does this mean they didnt receive it??

did your courier service give you a delivery letter? or if you had used couriers like UPS, DHL, they have a tracking system. what did that tracking say, it was delivered or not? if the tracker showed it was delivered, rest assured that your VO got it. btw , please share your time line here for us t better answer your questions.
