I posted a similar question before but I'm wondering if It's possible to obtain a study permit after previously overstaying for 4 months, I'm now back in the UK..
I overstayed accidentally as I was waiting for my visa in the mail (previous 2 visas came in the mail on time - this 3rd did not) therefore I grew worried and emailed, as soon as the cic told me it had already expired and to leave before was issued an order to leave I made arrangements and got flights 11 days later I left.
I wan't to apply for a student visa in 2 years time, what are the chances of being allowed it? I also want to go back to Canada in 1 year to visit friends, if they refuse me at the border will it effect my chances of getting a student visa? I'd be able to prove I left as soon as I knew I overstayed and I'd have my return tickets..
