Obtain a PR through a job offer

Hi,
I am a PR aspirant and my overall score currently is 394 with the IELTS. The IELTS score was decent but overall band I got was 7.5. With the score that I am at, how can having a job offer help my score? I have 12 years of experience and to be honest, I want to find a way without going for IELTS again. Need an impactful advice.

It's next to impossible to secure a job offer since the vast majority of employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process.

You should look for other ways to increase your score since it's extremely unlikely you'll be able to find a job offer. I would recommend you retake IELTS to achieve a higher score (understand you don't want to do this but that's really your best option if you are serious about immigrating).
