Obligations for PNP immigrants

hello guys i was nominated by saskatchewan under pnp, after working for 6 months, I was issued pr a week ago and i did a port entry to apply for pr card, i was interviewed by officer, they said i have to be in saskatchewan for 3 more years, my question is even after getting pr still v have to b in same province, cant v move, I need to move to other province plzzz answer , r those obligations are mandatory, there is nothing written or was told bfore moving to this province

Did they give you any written document stating that you have stay there for three years .How many months you stayed in Sask ?

I have been sask for almost 2 years, there is no such document was given which indicates that i have to b in sask

Stay atleast for a year ..then move to be on safer side .
