I am a Canadian citizen and I sponsored my husband his PR. However he’s going to use his PR status to sponsor his daughter but I do not want to sponsor his daughter to become PR. Is there anyway that I could object this?

Short answer is you cannot object.

How old is his daughter?
Was she born before you sponsored your husband's PR? If so but she's not listed as non accompanying, then he could never sponsor her.
