OB530B confirms that you really should:

1. Attend the test
2. Best pass it
3. Failing a second time will see you meeting the CJ with a long waiting time.

Still no file split for joint applications where one of the applicants has residency issues i.e RQ!

what is the minimum passing score on the test?

It is interesting that the majority of cases sent to CJs involve knowledge/language issues. Not to be smart, but people actually fail the test? Twice?

This new OB seems to be tied in with the 'CIT0521' and 'notice to attend test' releases which will speed up the RQ process especially for the Pre-Test group....at test and post test RQs continue to be mired in the delay black hole!
