Looks like you back ground check is still going on, call them they will tell you the correct reason why its still in process.

How the timeline of 12 month calculated mine application status shows DM but no invite yet it’s been 13 month after submitting application

I have called them one month ago
The agent told me there nothing is required from you and he told me he will send to officer clearlfy this delay and still no answer yet

Lies and more lies, they say the same thing to everyone. Contacting them proved to be useless, they provide the illusion of contact so you feel something could happen. In reality it will still take what it takes, and the whoever is slacking will continue slacking.
