I am planning to relocate to either one of those places. Does any one know what are the processing centers/location for each of them? I tried to find the forum to search for information but couldn't find accurate info. I assume for Oakville, it is Hamilton and for Markham it is Scarborough. Any benefits for selecting one over another?
