Hello,

I was wondering if I have to provide a brand new dated NZ criminal history record when I submit for common-law inland PR. I had gotten one in 2017 and it was clean, full version. I havent went back to NZ at all so I was wondering, do I have to get a new, up to date record (takes 30 days and I forgot about that.... I wanted to submit before the OWP pilot ended..) or is my old one okay? I requested the full record at the time too and it was clean. It shouldn't have changed at all seeing as I didnt go back since then.

I had asked about proofs earlier last month but I couldn't get access into that account so I had to make a new one.. I apologise..

I just wanted to double check if these proofs are enough for co-hab, majority are under his mother's address as we didn't have a lot of money then and lived free with her (signed lease) until we moved out in 2018 to support ourselves.
- One random gym membership with my (applicant) name and our address in 2016,
- A lease (non paid, it was free living with exception that I had to do chores) with my partner's mother. We lived in her home for approx two years for free as he made min. wage whilst I had visitor status so I made $0. We moved out in 2018.
- 3 more leases with both our names in 2018 (first land lord sold his house, then we moved out of the second one as he finally got a job in his field of study that's not minimum wage!, and our current, third lease.)
- plane tickets for both of us this year in September for our short trip to Alberta on the same flight.
- TFSA record dated june 2017 with me as his beneficiary
- Joint bank account since May 2017, credit cards with each one as a authorized user (I think we also have letters from our bank for that too)
- A term deposit with both our names (no address) dated June 2017
- Driver's license G1 application (ontario) with his mother's address in June 2017. Our licenses match the same addresses since 2017, as I didnt get a license until then.
- An old direct deposit form from our bank with his mother's address in Dec 2017
- Visitor record extension (mine) from CIC in December 2016 that was sent to his mother's address, and of course my current IEC WP letter also has the same address dated in 2017.
- Our T4 2017 that has his mother's address. We filed for common-law in 2017 and will be submitting those records and screenshots from CRA website showing common-law status.
- Around 3-4 random bank letters from 2017.
- ALL the letters + old licenses sent to our total 4 addresses, we'll send in our original licenses as they're invalid now anyways, and a photocopy of our current one.
- CRA Tax letters and phone agreements, with rental insurance agreements dating from 2018 march-june...
- ONE mail (we really didn't buy much back then) package with both our names back in 2017 as well..
- Pay stubs showing same addresses, starting from 2018 ish. I didn't get a "real" job until Jan 2018.
- We will do a common-law stat declaration before we submit application too

We also paid the $75 application fee part of proof that we were planning on sponsoring when I applied for an extension back in 2016, too. So I'm hoping we don't have to pay once more?

As for phone bills, well we opted in for online statements, so I'm wondering if it's enough to just print those off showing our individual accounts with same address? We did NOT pay any utility bills until we moved again in November 2018, as they were either always included in the rent, or we were still living with his mother rent-free.

I honestly do feel that these aren't enough, as majority of the letters are split, random and from 2017-2018, with most of them from 2018, and maybe only one or two from 2016. We don't have any JOINT property(?), his vehicle is under his mother's name to save money so he technically doesn't have a REAL vehicle right now, and neither of us have life insurance as we're still in our 20's. My work does not offer health insurance, but my IEC insurance does have him as a beneficiary since 2017. He had no work- health insurance until he got his new job in October, and it wasn't effective til Dec 2018, but we can include that too...

As for "proof" of relationship, we've been living together since 2016. So not sure what to provide other than letters of support from his friends/family + photos.

Thank you in advance.
