Hi Jaspreet, why Brampton,ON - ?

I guess because, there are lot of immigrants from Punjab settled there.

You are an overseas registered nurse and if you are willing to work as a nurse in Canada, then you must qualify the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE). In order to take the CRNE examination, you must apply for nursing license to any of the state boards of nursing in Canada. That board will determine whether or not you meet its criteria for CRNE examination-eligibility. You must then register to take the exam.

Eligibility criteria to write the CRNE are controlled by each provincial regulatory body. Overseas Nurses must first select where they will practice nursing because each province governs the practice of its registrants. Applicants arrange to write the CRNE by contacting the RN regulatory authority in the province or territory where it will be written. The staff will inform the candidate of the required documentation that must be provided to register for the exam, as well as the fee required.

Hi prmair, thanks.

I am not saying NO to Brampton!. It is any one's own choice where to settle. In Ontario, mainly in GTA there are several hospitals. Public transports can be accessed easily if any one choose the right location near to bus route or subway stations. Mississauga is also a good place like Brampton. Cheaper accommodation can be found in Scarborough too. Any how the topic of discussion is not the place for living.
