Is nursing Immigration open in any province of Canada?
My wife have 3 years Diploma of General Nursing from Government Institute College of Nursing Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur. She has also 3 years experience as a full time staff in Government Hospital.
She is good in English listening, speaking, writing and reading.
How much funds we require and how many time will take this process please guide me.

She needs to have her credentials assessed through NNAS first. She is not a RN if through a college program and has a diploma and not a degree. Then she needs to be licensed in the province you want to live in. While completing NNAS, research at PNP programs. Some provinces will not have nursing as eligible because of licensing requirements. Funds will depend on the number of people in your family, whether going through Express Entry and the province. As for time, it depends on how long it takes for NNAS, provincial licensing, nomination by the province and then PR application.

Then which visa we should get upon this degree and experience?

What do you mean, which visa? You want to immigrate as PRs and not apply for a visa. You would apply through Express Entry or a PNP program. Research what PNP programs accept nursing. Having a profile in Express Entry doesn’t guarantee an invitation. Focus is on NNAS (may take a year), ECA (for diploma) and language (IELTS).
