I have applied to the Express Entry visa under the Federal Skilled Worker Class, and I am currently in the pool waiting for an invitation to apply with a CRS score of 381, which is pretty low, so I want to improve my score by trying to get an arranged job offer (which would qualify me for the PNP of several provinces). I am a registered nurse, but most, if not all, job offers for nurses require applicants to be registered with the regulating body of the province they are in. Since I do not currently have a Canadian Visa, I cannot register with CNO (I am aiming for Ontario) and thus cannot get authorization to test for the NCLEX. How am I supposed to get a job offer then? Am I going about this the wrong way? Is the order I am thinking of correct?
