Please do anyone knows if IELTS results can be combined for lodging application for permanent residence through Express Entry? For instance, if I passed writing, speaking, listening in one test result but fail reading. And I take another test and pass reading. Making it two results. Can these results be combined?

No, I don't believe you can combine them.
You should double check with IRCC though.

Results from only one IELTS where you got the best scores. You cannot pick-and-choose from multiple IELTS results
