I am aware Nova Scotia have a PNP program for express entry which you can apply for one you have done your EE profile. does anyone know:
1. How often it is open to submit your profile? how often each year or what is the limit? etc
2. Is it in high demand difficult to get into? I know i meet all the requirements and over the 67 point mark
