Hi,

I have applied for my PR application through the PNP and my application is currently being reviewed by NS Immigration office for Provincial nomination.

Recently my wife has got a very enticing job offer from Calgery and US. I wanted to know if we can still go ahead with the application process if i stay in NS and she goes to either Calgery or US? Also, if the PR is granted would it be granted to both of us or only to me?

Please advise.

It is not a good idea for family to be separated by provinces. It shows that you might not stay long in NS when you become provincially nominated and PR, and so they will refuse you. If you think your wife can be provincially nominated in Alberta or can apply for CEC afterwards, then you and her should move to Alberta. Same thing, one spouse can not live in one province while the other lives in another province.
