l need y0ur help, my NS0 Birth Cert.is delayed registrati0n, s0 sh0uld l need submit any 0ther requ!rements ? if s0, what r the requ!rements needed? l heard that need a v0ter's ld 0r v0ter's cert. but l d0n't have v0ter's ld yet, h0w l0ng w0uld lt take t0 get lt? ls lt 0k lf l just use the v0ter's cert. lnstead lf lt takes l0ng time t0 get v0ter's ld? and als0 permanent elementary & high sch00l rec0rds, h0w and where t0 get that? ls that same as F0rm 137? 0r elementary & highsch00l dipl0ma w0uld be g00d?
