How long does a person who has been nominated by the Nova Scotia Nominee Program have to stay in Nova Scotia after they've applied and received their Permanent Resident status?

I am wondering if someone can leave the province of Nova Scotia thereafter receiving their PR Visa and move to another province in Canada, either for work or because of getting married to a Canadian citizen from another province?

I believe that anyone should be able to live and work and start a family in any province in Canada once they have received Permanent Resident status and not to be obligated to remain in their PNP provinces permanently! There should be a point when they can move away to another province if they wish!

Any help, suggestions or opinions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you! Bert.

So let me get this straight

You applied for NSPNP, they approved you and believed in you to contribute economically to the province. They gave you all the warm hearted welcoming that you were dreaming off, and now that the ball is in your field, you just wanna take your talents to another province?

Legally you can do that no problemos, but MORALLY, you shouldn't!

It's legal so far. But still risky in the next few years, when you attempt to renew your PR. I bet you are aware of how quick the immigration policies are changing in Canada...
