NRI Applying from AbuDhabi, UAI - May I use my NRE bank account statement as

Hi Every one,

I am an Indian national living in the UAE for the last 4 years on an employement visa. I plan to study in Canada from January 2013.

Please answer a few of my quries;

1. Do I have the option to apply either in India or UAE? Or is it a must that I need to apply from UAE

2. If I am applying from UAE may I show my NRE bank statements to prove my funds. OR is it a must that my bank account statements must be from a UAE bank

3. How many months bank statement are required. In the guideline document it says 4 months but in the Abudhabi specific document
says 6 months? Any body has an idea. I am planning to apply for Jan 2013 intake. I plan to apply for my visa in in November 2012. So
do I need to show bank statemets of May, June, JUly, August, September and October. Do I need to have teh required amount of money carried forward in each and every month?

u need to apply from India I believe ! regarding Bank Statement u can show any account as long as it converts to CAD required !! yes u need to show the funds consistently !!!!

Hi,

1. You can apply from India or UAE (provided you have credible sources to prove/show your "level of establishment" in UAE).
2. It should be from a recognized bank.
3. Six months.

Hi Enfield !! i'm applyin under SPP, do i need to attach bank statements ?? it is not mentioned anywhere !! i'm showin loan of 8 lacs and paid 1st sem fee !!! why do i need bank statements?? please help
