Can I use my NRI account with HDFC as proof of fund instead of making a travel cheaque

NRI ACCOUNT in HDFC cant be verified by the immigration officer while you are landing. They want cash or DD/ Travellers cheque.

Why dont u open an account in scotia bank which has tieup with HDFC it will be easy for u jst transfer ur amount and take statement with u, im doing same dear.
