Hello guys,
For the past two months, I tried my best to find an employer in Ontario who could:
- willing to file LMIA for a foreign national worker
- willing to wait one month or two until LMIA comes back
- willing to waste his time in case LMIA doesn't work out
- willing to learn about complicated LMIA procedure and PR application, express entry, and immigration.
Unfortunately I wasn't very successful in this. I found only two people who can file LMIA for me but not very sure their LMIA will come back positive.
I sent several hundreds of emails and visited 10+ companies and recruiters only to be rejected numerous times because of LMIA.
Then I learned about Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Skilled Worker program which is basically just like LMIA without too strict assessment process.
Can you guys give me any opinion on this?
I'm currently in Ontario. I will willing to find employers in Nova Scotia to help me filing Provincial Nominee profile for Express Entry.
I don't think this is completely impossible.
I also learned that LMIA / Provincial Nominee without a temporary work permit request doesn't cost any fee and it's nothing more than just a paperwork.
