Nova Scotia NSNP programe

i want to know regarding NSNP program. i check my category Medical laboratory technician( NOC 3211) in this list, i have 3 yr experience and i have 5 band in IELTS and my result expire on april 2011,so can anybody guide me how i put my file and what my next step because agent require 6 bands each modules, and in pase i had bad experience from agents , they cheats and do not refund money so please advise me. but again i am confuse, on nova scotia immigration website they define 3 categoty skill worker, semi skill or low skill. then they say for skill worker they want employer letter.

at first , you must score 6 in IELTS.

In Nova Scotia you can file your case with 5 band also..No need of 6 band...But problem is total 150 applications will be accepted.. Rain of applications are there till now for Nova Scotia..Better avoid and save your money.
