I am starting this thread on behalf of my boyfriend who had applied on Nov 30 and has heard nothing. His file has been opened and additional info was asked for but since then nothing. I am trying to connect with a few other who would share his timeline.

did you try to call them at their call center numbers ?? they are somehow helpful, although they give so little info, but that may be enough sometimes.

No update till date except ecas showing application received and not in process
