NOV 15, 2013 FILE NUMBER, nothing heard from CIC since then

Hi everyone, i received file number in Nov 15th, 2013. however, i have heard nothing from CIC. is this normal waiting time? i read the tracker and most applicants have received their ME. I have emailed CPPO a week ago, no one replied. is there anything i can do? pls pls help

Order a GCMS note and see whats going on...On the other hand rule says you cant bug them before
365 days

No thing to worry about. Currently they are processing October applicant. You might receive MR in may be next 3 weeks.

Relax, my friend! The current processing times posted on the CIC website are 13 months! So up until your
application exceeds said processing time, there's nothing you can do.
Also, CIC just began sending out medical requests for November applicants, so sit back - and relax!
Your time will come and so will your MR.
