My application was withdrawn by OINP due to some mistakes on my part and I was told to reapply when I received another NOI. So I just wanted to ask if anyone has ever received NOI twice. Also do I need to delete my Express entry profile and create a new one to increase my chances of getting another NOI or should I maintain the same one? Thank you all.
