I have appealed my spousal sponsorship and have received a "Notice to Appear" letter today..
the letter states:
"At this conference, the issues and the process will be discussed in a n informal way to increase the fairness and efficiency of the hearing of the appeal"
"At the conference, you may be asked to:
(a) indicate the number of witnesses you plan to call at the hearing and the reason why each witness is being called to tesify
(b) provide any information or documentation which could help the IAD decide the appeal, including any documents that you have not yet disclosed to the other party
(c) try to agree on the issues and the facts that are relevant to the appeal
(d) discuss the date for a hearing or any other procedure in the appeal
Can anyone give me some insight into if this is a full hearing or a ADR?
Thanks
