Notice of interview received from Paris VO Confusing

Hi, received a notice on March 6th from Paris VO for an interview scheduled for my husband in Tunis on May 11th. The email was contradictory regarding how to respond/confirm attendance. In one section near the beginning of the email it said reply via mail or fax. In another area of the notice it said confirm via email using the attached confirmation form. There was no attached form.

I responded on March 9th by replying to the email from them confirming attendance and informing them that no confirmation form was attached. I asked could they please resend the attachment if its necessary, otherwise consider this reply as confirmation of attendance. I'm not sure if this is sufficient and have not received anything further from them.

Anyone have any experience with being contacted for an interview from Paris for another country such as Tunisia or Algeria? How did you confirm, did you receive this form? We are already stressed and don't want to make any issues regarding the interview.

I am sure they will respond your email in one or two weeks.

Regardless whether they respond or not, you are scheduled for the interview, prepare yourself and go to the interview on May 11.
