Notice of Assessment received

Hi,

I sent my PR application last month and since I haven't received my Notice of Assessment by that time I enclosed an explanation letter to my application. I just received my NoA last week and was wondering if I should send it to Buffalo immediately or wait until I get a file number.

I just received an e-mail from CIC which states ('This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2011/07/28') with UCI and Application numbers.

1 - Is this the famous AOR (excuse my ignorance),
2 - are these the numbers I need to quote when sending the Notice of Assessment to CIC and lastly,
3 - where should I mail the NoA to; Buffalo or Ottawa (the e-mail's footnote contains the address of Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa)?
