Notice of Assessment or Letter of Employment

IS Notice of Assessment is required as Income Proof or I can provide the letter of Employment and pay stubs to proof the LICO cut off.

I am on your website and checking the Income limit before you can sponsor your parents for Super Visa.

I am staying in Canada as Permanent Resident and my Gross Income will be more than the Minimum Income required this year (2013) as per my salary.

My Question is: How do I prove that I have that much Income this year 2013, as the last year (2012) return that I filed does not meet the minimum income limit. So, do I have to wait till next year 2014 to file the Income tax return in 2014 March before I can sponsor my parents for super visa.

OR If I get a certificate from the company showing my Job Title, Job Description and Salary. Can that be considered as the Proof of the Income.

If your pay stubs can prove it then it will be very helpful, see supervisa is ultimately a multiple visit visa with option to live up to 2 years so its not real sponsorship where it's very strict to meet the LICO and you need to pre-purchase medical insurance
In Supervisa, its not only the sponsor but the applicant also has to show close ties to country by way of assets, properties etc

So while it may create a strong case, don't be disheartened that you might be short for LICO

Actually, in my opinion - get folks to apply regular multiple visit visa and then can visit up to 6 months and then like many have done, apply for 2 year extensions - it's the same as applying for supervisa which has more compulsion such has getting medicals and wait time which is longer

LICO works like this
Son or Daughter (1) inviting Parents (2) = requires 35k/year
Son with Wife (2) inviting Parents (2) = requires around 42K/year
increase that 5-6K if above have 1 child, 2 child etc
