Notice of Assement post ITA please help!!

I am ready to upload my documents but my question is i lost one notice of assessment for year 2012 i only have first page of the document. Is it really mandotary to upload NOA if yes then caan i upload all other NOA and the only page i have for year 2012 ??

One more question i am a CEC applicant quit my job 5 months ago since then i am in my home country and i be back to Canada by this month. So my country of residence should be my home country right not canada.

What country will you be residing in when you apply? That's your country of residence.
