Hi,

If there is not enough space; I assume we are suppose to attach a separate page and fill out the information. Can anyone let me know how to do it. Is there a specific procedure to do it.

1) Write the extra information on a separate paper.
2) Attach the paper to the application with paperclips.

This is what it says in the instruction guide:

If you need more space for any section, use an extra sheet of paper and indicate the number and/or letter of the section you are completing and submit it along with your application.
