NOTARIZING MY DOCUMENTS

Am about submitting my application for permanet residence,
i was advised by a friend to notorize my bank letter and reference letter before submitting. Hope this is okay and acceptable? Are therer other documents i need to notorize?

You don't need to notarize your bank letter but, you will need the authorised stamp and signature of the bank official on the bank letter. Assuming these are for your POF.

No offense but seems like your friend doesn't have a clue. You don't need to notarize bank letter or reference letter. Bank letter is already attested by bank officials and so is reference letter (signed and/or stamped) by the organization.
