Notarizing docs

Guys:

I got few docs notarized from FedEx notary in Illinois. She just stamped all the photocopied with her notary seal/stamp, charged $1 per stamp...

She didnt sign below the stamp..Even she was not sure if she need to.

Any experience in this is appreciated...please guide, do if it need to be signed?

Its usually $10 for each document in the US, this is a very low price. Every state has their own rules and regulations on notary, some states notary need to attach a separate paper and sign that with the notarized document and put a seal on the copy and the attach paper.
