Notarized Photo-Copy Employee Contract/Offer Letter - help needed

Hi

Is it mandatory to have notarized seal for all the copies of appointment letter?

my appointment letter consists of 15 pages and i have worked for 4 companies and
hence it would be 45 pages..

I have taken the notarized copy of the first page of all my appointment letters.
Is this fine ?

It depends on the regulations of the jurisdiction where you have it certified.
