Hi! I'm gathering my documents to apply for non-EE PNP, and one of them are PCC documents. These are not in English (PCC from Peru), and I would need to get an official translation since they're in Spanish. Do I need to also notarize them, or is this not needed if I'm going to scan the original version of the document? I'd appreciate any help, thank you!
