my agent told me today that i have to notarise my documents and passport, im wondering how should i do that, any solutions would be appreciated

go to notary with photocopies and originals, ask notary to certify these as true copies by stamping, as simple as that.

if you're from karachi - pakistan, go to city court (near light house - don't know the exact location), you will find many people there who can authenticate your documents.
