Do i have to notarize my documents such as reference letter, education certificates, marriage certificate, medical clearance and bank documents before submitting them for PR application?
a)According to the "bible", there's no need to upload appointment letter, relieving letter or pay slip; only reference/employment letter is required .... so why all the fuss about appointment letter, this letter, that letter, etc.?No, but original must be scanned in color. Check the official requirements here, it is the bible of EE documentation.

How about this : I borrow the money from mother in-law and show the required amount as bank balance, if the investigating officer enquires about the sudden deposit of a large amount of money only then do i produce a gift deed. What do u say? I'm afraid that if i produce the gift deed before the officer even asks for it, it might seem suspiciousa) Yes only the reference/experience letter is required but you are not limited to it and most of the companies do not provide all information IRCC wants to see in the letter thus applicants support the letter with other documents. Even if you got the letter as per the requirements still IRCC would like to see documented income (payslips). It makes your case stronger not weak.
b) What you are saying is one of the most common misconceptions about Proof of Fund. Six months average balance requirements is to see whether or not the applicant borrowed the money to show the pof. If you have steady increase from a known source (i.e Salary) then your six month balance would be far less than the requirement but it will surely be accepted. You can have one day old fund in your account if you can prove the source of the fund. For example you can sell a house/land/anything which was owned by you and deposit the money directly from the buyer into your account. All you need is to show the sales deed and bank statement. No problem with that. Money from your relatives (usually parents) as a gift are also widely used and accepted by IRCC. You need to show a legal gift deed between your parents and you to prove the ownership of the money. I have got $16,000 CAD from my mother just a week befor the submission which was also a newly opened account. I had no problem, it was accepted by the Case Analyst.
Bottom line is, you do not need to hold the money for six months if you can show the source of the money and prove it actually belongs to you. If you cannot show the source then your best bet is to wait six months.
c) Check carefully about all requirements especially about PCC, Bank letter and Experience letter.
Mate, I suggest you to read my post again. I answered you already! You must prove the source of any sudden influx within last 6 months. Hence gift deed should be provided upfront. Been there, done that already. How about this : I borrow the money from mother in-law and show the required amount as bank balance, if the investigating officer enquires about the sudden deposit of a large amount of money only then do i produce a gift deed. Don't worry mate you can ask me any question any day, I won't mind answering you here or you can pm me. You don't need 6 month average balance in bank letter if you provide 6 month bank statement and source (i.e gift deed) along with it. I did not have average balance because I had money only for 6 days and also my bank do not provide such info. I submitted Bank letter + 6 month statement (I opened the account on May but officer printed statement from 1st Jan) + Gift deed + FD certificate (I made FD with the money).Dude please i need your help .... just one simple query:
So on your bank letter, you mentioned 1)current balance, and 2)date of account opening, among other details such as your name, account number, banks contact details, etc. Now here's the question, did you mention the "average balance for last 6 months"? It's a simple yes or no question, i'm not questioning your method, i'm just asking you because i intend to follow in your footsteps since my situation is very similar to yours. I'm particularly asking this question because according to canadian government you have to mention the average 6 month balance, here's the link:

I'd like to apologize for annoying you with so many questions, but i'd be very grateful if you could help me

Are you indian? If yes, 1)which bank gave you 4 months extra in your statement? and didn't it contradict with the date of account opening?, 2)does your gift deed look somewhat similar to the one in this link : https://www.nairaland.com/3999848/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/412 3)did your 6 month bank statement mention the name of the donor(your mother)?, 4) letter of explanation explaining what exactly? aren't the bank statement and the gift deed enough to prove that you were gifted the money by your mom?Don't worry mate you can ask me any question any day, I won't mind answering you here or you can pm me. Make sure gift deed is legally produced and accepted by the law of your country. Do not use the templates floating around in the internet. Go to a notary public lawyer for professional help. Please also write letter of explanation.

Is there anywhere i can see a sample of letter of explanation?it is required also to clarify that you do not have average balance mentioned in the bank letter thus you are providing the bank statement.
