Not sure of working hours / week

Hello everyone,

I work in an Indian Company and not sure of a number of working hours/ week . In my letter of Employment, it is mentioned that my normal working hours are from 9.30am to 6:00 pm but also mentioned 30 mins lunch break and 20 mins tea break so should I count 30 min lunch break and 20 min tea beak in my hours or i exclude those hours ? Even If I exclude lunch break , tea break but sure when I will get letter from HR she will include those hours or not . Will it be ok if I add 37.5 hours in working hours in work history but in Letter of Employment, it shows 40 hours per week. I am expecting ITA tomorrow . Please help

absolutely! put 37.5 hours and you will be fine ! i have used 33 hours in my application . so don't worry as long as it is above 30 hours , you qualify and your T4/Pay stubs Doesn't say otherwise you are okay with putting 37.5 hours a week . atleast you are not lying right !
