not sending passport on request

Hi guys,

Just wondered if it is bad not to send passport when requested, e.g. applicant changed his mind or applicant got a visa stamp but doesn't enter to Canada. Will that affect to applicants future visa requests?

Not really. ) It will just stay on your record that at some point in the past you actually got a visa or you applied for one. Which, provided you won't have used it, won't really mean that much.
