I have applied for a work permit this year and I have already got the letter of introduction. However, I haven't got the passport request letter. What should I do? I have already contact IRCC via webform but it seems not working.
I am not from a visa-exempt country. Thus I think a TRV is required for me to enter Canada.
The final decision is approved in the application system (cic) and it says
