Not received the letter stated that I can work (PGWP)

Hi, I have applied for a work permit on July 13, 2021 from Canada. I am from India. I received confirmation but I never received a letter that I have submitted a work permit and I can start working (wp-ext-pgwp). I need the letter to start working. My employer is not ready to accept me without this letter. Let me know what can I do?

My friends received one more email after confirmation (IRCC received my application) that they can start working. I am looking for the same letter.
