Not moving to Canada

We got our Canadian GC and have time until April to enter, but as we are close to getting our US GC, we have decided not to move the Canada. Do we need to send our Immigration documents/passport back to the Canadian Consulate or not going to Canada by the landing date automatically invalidates the PR and I don't have to do anything.

Do we need to send our Immigration documents/passport back to the Canadian Consulate or not going to Canada by the landing date automatically invalidates the PR and I don't have to do anything.

If you want your RPRF fee returned, you have to send back the passports with the visa's for cancellation and a request for the refund.
