Not meeting residency obligations or can't prove it

Hello,

My PR is expired 4 years ago. I can't prove that i spent 2 years in Canada and i want to study in Canada. Can i apply for a study or visiting visa now or what can i do ?

You can try to get a PR travel document from the nearest Canadian consulate. If you get it, then go and study in Canada. Otherwise, you can apply a study visa.

Because you are still officially a PR you would have to loose that before you can apply for any other type of visa. The first step would be to either get into Canada, without being reported, if you can. Or apply for a PRTD as suggested above and once that is refused you can begin the process to 'renounce' your PR and then apply for a study visa.
