Not got ITA

I made my profile under EE a day prior (4th September 2018) to the day of current draw (5 September 2018). My score is 443 whereas cut off is 440, but still I haven't got ITA. What could be the possible reasons? Is there any time delay in announcing the results and sending the results to the candidates?
