Not enough time to apply for work permit

I recently applied for extension my study permit from within Canada, and I got the extension til 31st July 2017. It said in BOLD that I must leave Canada by 31ST JULY 2017. My program is finishing on 29th June 2017. So the problem is that I do not have enough time to apply for work permit, as I will be left with less than 30 days to apply for my work permit before my study permit expire. Did anyone else face this problem? What should I do?

You'll need to apply to extend your study permit again so that you'll have enough time to apply for the PGWP. You must be holding a valid study permit at the time you apply for the PGWP.

Hey, thanks for your response. But how do I extend my study permit after my studies have finished? They ask questions about what school you are studying in, and when is your program finishing. And what is the meaning of "MUST LEAVE CANADA BY 31ST JULY 2017". Is it an indication that I will not get PGWP?
