Not enough pts for express entry where to start?

my CRS for express entry is like 350 pts , i was planning to get LMIA 600 pts but with the changes i guess i'm screwed ! is quebec any easier ?
where should i start (i got TEF and ielts) and a non LMIA job offer .

You will have to go through the requirements of Mon Project Quebec and prepare for the intake periods which are relatively short and capped. The changes in the express entry are not necessarily negative, if you get a job offer that would put you around 400 pts which is now the goldilocks zone in my opinion.

I already have a non LMIA job offer , does this grant 50 pts ?
also i have found out if i get better score on IELTS , i can get my score up to 488 pts which is great !
