Not eligible for Express Entry at this time

Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with my express entry profile. I had initially created a profile and received ITA on it, but had to decline as I had to update some of my documents, and there wasn't enough time. Now I am trying to re-apply and re-create a new express entry profile, but I received this message twice: "
"Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express Entry at this time."

My profile: Completed a 2-year Post-baccalaureate diploma from BC, Canada. Have a 4 years bachelor's degree from back home, and have an ECA report. I've also been working full time in a NOC A category job since last June (Full-time since this January, worked part-time last year). I don't know what seems to be the issue here, what am I doing wrong?

Yes, I do.. I have worked part-time from June 2019 - December 2019 (20hrs/week), and full time (37.5hrs/week) from January 2020 - Now. So it's more than 1year in terms of total hours. I also have 5+ years of full-time experience from back home in a NOC A category job.
