me and wife are living separated from past one year. As she is in india and I am a canada PR holder. I sponsored her for spousal PR and we get pre-arrival letter also. but things were not good between us from beginning. So, i never shared any details after pre-arrival and thus the spousal application was cancelled.
Now i will be eligible to apply for citizenship in next 3 months :
-while applying for citizenship does it require my wife's consent or any documents from her side ?
as we are no longer continuing this relation and not in communication terms also and
i am not sure that she will be willing to help me in anything .
- if i will apply for PR renewal after few years does that also require any consent or details of her ?
- if not divorced , can we have the legally separated document and that can help me with citizenship and PR renewal process ?
- what are the documents/ details required of her while applying for citizenship or PR renewal ? (so that i have an idea and i can take those from her)
