I’m secondary applicant I forgot to declare my United States and Canada visit visa refusal in 2016.
Now my wife who is primary applicant got email to write explanation for not declaring, can anyone help

You need to confirm the details of the refusal and provide an explanation of when it happened and why you were refused. You also need to explain why you did not mention this refusal in your application as required. You then have to hope IRCC does not refuse your application. If you are not comfortable answering yourself then hire a lawyer.
