i guys. some questions in my forms are not applicable to me so I will write N/A or Not applicable right?
so how to put that? i mean for example on form 5406 family information, I don't have children so I will put N/A in all the blank spaces there?
and for the co signer in form 008 and translator for the form 5825 do I need t put N/A on the signature line??

I put N/A for these.

For form 5481 - if it's only you and your wife, do you put N/A or 0 in the boxes in question 5B onwards, as I think 5A is meant to be '1'.

for the family information so do you mean you put N/A in all the section under SECTION B which is children?

and I put 0 in 5481 and the total is just 2 since my wife doesnt have any undertaking before
